Free Shipping: 8-14 business days - Free shipping on orders over $39.

While we strive to meet our delivery estimates, there may be occasional delays due to factors beyond our control, such as weather, customs processing, or carrier issues. If your order is delayed, we will notify you as soon as possible.

4. Shipping Destinations
We currently ship to addresses within Australia, Austria, Belgium, Canada, Czechia, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Ireland, Italy, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, United Kingdom, United States, Greece, Hungary, Luxembourg. Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate and complete to avoid delays or misdelivery.
After your purchase, we will be responsible for the taxes and fees incurred during the shipping of the item.

5. Tracking & Notifications
Order Confirmation: After placing your order, you will receive an email confirmation.
Shipping Notification: Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number and a link to track your package. Please allow 24-48 hours for the tracking information to update.
